Mindfulness



Mindfulness is a state of being attentive to what you are experiencing or doing at that moment and what you are feeling at that specific time. is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. It helps you to notice and accept what is happening around you and inside your body and mind. Practising mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety and increases self-awareness which leads to productivity and effective communication. It also develops emotional intelligence. It is the key skill for happiness. Meditation is a simple way and it takes little effort to become mindful.
